Booking & Pickup

How do I book a delivery?

Use the Book a Delivery page — it takes three quick steps: sender details, recipient and parcel information, then service level and payment. You'll receive an SMS confirmation with your tracking number immediately.

How soon will a courier arrive after I book?

For Standard bookings, the courier arrives within your chosen 2-hour pickup window. Express pickups happen within 60 minutes, and Same-Day pickups are dispatched immediately.

Can I schedule a pickup for a future date?

Yes. During booking, choose any pickup date and time up to 14 days in advance.

What items can't be shipped?

We cannot carry cash, weapons, flammable liquids, illegal goods, or perishables without prior arrangement. Contact us if you're unsure about an item.

Tracking & Delivery

How do I track my parcel?

Enter your AWB tracking number (e.g. GBW-2026-001234) on the Track Shipment page. You'll see every milestone with timestamps, plus an estimated delivery window once the parcel is out for delivery.

What happens if delivery fails?

If the recipient is unreachable, we mark a failed attempt, notify both parties by SMS, and automatically schedule a re-attempt for the next business day. After two failed attempts, the parcel is returned to the sender.

Can I get SMS updates without checking the website?

Yes — opt in to SMS/email updates from the tracking page, or simply provide your phone number when booking and updates are sent automatically.

Pricing & Payment

How is the delivery price calculated?

Price = base rate + zone surcharge (based on how many zones your parcel crosses) + weight surcharge (above 3 kg), multiplied by the service level factor. Use the quote calculator on the Pricing page for an instant estimate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Pickup, Cash on Delivery, Interac e-Transfer, and online card payment. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Do you offer volume discounts for businesses?

Yes. Businesses shipping 50+ parcels monthly get custom volume rates, consolidated invoicing, and a dedicated account manager. Submit a partnership enquiry on the Contact page.

Claims & Support

What if my parcel is damaged or lost?

Report it within 48 hours via the Contact page or your customer portal. Documented claims are resolved within 5 business days, with compensation up to the declared parcel value.

How fast do you respond to enquiries?

We respond to all enquiries within 2 business hours during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time).
