Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern the use of Gobweyn Logistics delivery services and this website. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Gobweyn Logistics provides last-mile parcel collection and delivery within its published coverage area, at the service levels described on our Services page (Standard, Express, Same-Day, and Bulk/B2B). Delivery windows are estimates made in good faith and may be affected by weather, traffic, or security conditions.
2. Bookings and cancellation
- A booking is confirmed once you receive a tracking number by SMS or email.
- Bookings may be cancelled free of charge before courier pickup.
- After pickup, cancellation incurs the full delivery fee; the parcel is returned to the sender.
3. Prohibited items
We do not carry cash or negotiable instruments, weapons or ammunition, flammable or hazardous materials, illegal goods, livestock, or perishables without prior written arrangement. We may refuse or return any shipment that violates this clause.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices are calculated from the published zone-based rate card at the time of booking.
- Quotes from the online calculator are estimates; the final price is confirmed at booking.
- Payment is due at pickup, at delivery, or online, according to the method selected.
- Cash-on-delivery amounts collected on behalf of business partners are remitted per the partnership agreement.
5. Liability and claims
- Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the parcel, up to a maximum of CAD $200 per shipment unless additional cover is agreed in writing.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery (or failed delivery) event.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
6. Failed delivery and returns
If a recipient is unreachable, we attempt delivery again on the next business day. After two failed attempts, the parcel is returned to the sender and the standard delivery fee applies to the return leg.
7. Customer accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
